This role requires tailors and machinists to have experience in clothing alterations and repairs. LookSmart aims at providing high quality service and require our tailors and sewing machinists to have an eye for detail ensuring delivery of the highest standards. Applicants will also need to have knowledge of current fashion trends, styles and body shapes to be able to help communicate and advise customers of options and best fit when required. This exciting position will be a gateway for future prospects within the company.<\/p>

This role requires highly motivated dedicated individuals who are success driven and can work under pressure. The ideal applicant will have a passion for fashion and a drive to succeed in meeting and exceeding targets. You will need to be flexible with availability to work across a 7 day roster.<\/p>

The role consist of the day to day running of the shop which includes the following below but not limited to:<\/strong>
\u2022 Opening and closing of shop
\u2022 Managing workflow for smooth operation
\u2022 Training staff and enforce operations guidelines
\u2022 Assist in staff roster
\u2022 Invoicing and banking at store level
\u2022 Liaising with Head Office to ensure high productivity and performance
\u2022 Stock control<\/p>
